Orders

To place an order online, add at least one item to your shopping cart and click on checkout. Once you begin the checkout process, you can select shipping options, enter payment information, as well as contact information, billing, and shipping addresses.

Once an order is placed, then you will see a confirmation screen with your confirmation number. It is a good idea to write down this number before closing the screen. Within 24 hours, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address provided.

Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental US.

Once your order has been processed, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to ship out. Remember to keep an eye on your email for a tracking number.

Shipping Fees:

  • Orders under $50: $10 Shipping Fee
  • Orders over $50: $15 Shipping Fee
  • Orders over $150: Free Ground Shipping

Shipping Details: 

  • Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from Haverhill, Massachusetts. 
  • We ship Monday-Thursday and orders placed by 6pm EST on Thursday will ship before the weekend. 
  • All orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday.
  • Our products are perishable and we recommend a 2-day transit time.
  • If you are outside the New England area, we highly suggest UPS 2 or 3 day vs ground. Ground can take up to a week to ship across country. 
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • We are not held responsible for delays in shipping once your order has left the bakery. Please contact UPS if issues arise. 
  • We are not held responsible if you enter an incorrect address, or for other issues out of our control when your order leaves the bakery
